    Position Summary

    With top line annualized revenue of over $40M and programs across DHS and DOS, Tsymmetry is a fast-paced Firm with a strong growth trajectory.  We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is interested in joining a mid-size Federal Consulting Firm focused on the International Security & Public Safety Sector.   This full-time role will support our HR function with the objective of increasing the candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications and positioning them appropriately for job opportunities across the Firm.



    Reporting to the Technical Recruiter, the Recruiting Coordinator will take direction from the Technical Recruiter with a service and compliance focus to support filling open (fully funded) or future positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management including some receptionist work, appointment scheduling, candidate sourcing and onboarding activities. Experience supporting new hires with or requiring security clearances a plus. The typical daily activities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Act as an ambassador for Tsymmetry, discussing the positive aspects of our company’s culture, business approach, and employee benefits as well as pointing out what the key differentiators are between us and our competitors
    • Under the direction of the Technical Recruiter, the Recruiting Coordinator will support candidate screening utilizing our candidate application portal working with Facilities Security Officer in support of related security clearance work as required
    • Manage position postings on job boards and refresh them at the direction of the Technical Recruiter
    • Support Technical Recruiter by attending job fairs and industry/company functions



    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
    • Requires combination of 2+ years office management, human resources or recruiting experience preferably in a government contractor environment
    • Experience scheduling interviews and managing onboarding procedures
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, internally driven to meet organizational goals with often quick deadlines
    • Familiarity with government clearances a plus.
    • Familiarity with OFCCP requirements pertaining to support complete and accurate candidate tracking to maintain records as required in compliance with applicable laws.
    • Able to prepare reports measuring recruiting function effectiveness at the direction of the Technical Recruiter.
    • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills and proven interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    This position has no direct reports.


    PHR or SHRM-CP a plus, but not required.
