We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is interested in joining a mid-size Federal Consulting Firm focused on the International Security & Public Safety Sector. This full-time role will support our HR function with the objective of increasing the candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications and positioning them appropriately for job opportunities across the Firm.
Reporting to the Technical Recruiter, the Recruiting Coordinator will take direction from the Technical Recruiter with a service and compliance focus to support filling open (fully funded) or future positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management including some receptionist work, appointment scheduling, candidate sourcing and onboarding activities.
