The Helios HR Operations Intern will provide administrative support to the business operations of Helios HR to include contract management, human resources, operations, and marketing.
The ideal candidate for this internship position is someone who is eager to learn various components of the internal operations of our consulting business and is excited about the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact on our day to day operations. Individuals who are able to take minimal direction and execute on tasks, while not being afraid to ask questions for clarity, will fit well in our fast-paced environment. As a Helios HR Intern, your role will be varied and stimulating as you will have multiple project assignments throughout your time during the internship. Depending upon your interest areas and the current projects within Helios HR, your opportunities will provide a meaningful, learning based environment. The internship program at Helios HR will be unique in the fact that the Intern will work with internal staff to improve operational efficiencies and with external clients through HR Business Partners to help a variety of projects including research, reporting, process, and documentation of targeted initiatives that contribute to employee engagement. Clients of Helios HR range from small to large organizations, in a variety of industries, with a diverse set of needs.
