    Helios HR is currently seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager for our client, T-Rex located in Greenbelt, MD.

    • Strategize, advise and own reworking and refining existing hiring processes to optimize for experience, diversity and scalability
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to build T-Rex talent pipelines delivered via professional networks, business groups and our Taleo Applicant Tracking System
    • Serve as primary liaison between the executive leadership team and the T-Rex recruiting team
    • Collaborate with T-Rex leadership on technical workforce planning/talent mapping initiatives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and act upon recruiting needs
    • Work with the current Applicant Tracking System to design and develop recruiting reports and dashboards to analyze, forecast, track and communicate key operational metrics and future predications to the business
    • Create and manage a recruiting budget, including partners, tools and events
    • Manage a growing team; develop team members at various stages in their recruiting careers, bringing recruiting expertise and best practices to bear
    • Establish appropriate goals/metrics to exceed organizational growth objectives
    • Utilize industry best practices to enhance recruiting productivity and the candidate experience
    • Leverage innovations and automation to improve or reinvent the recruiting process 
    • Will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of leadership positions


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, a related field or equivalent experience.
    • 5-7 years’ experience of recruiting management experience within the government contracting industry (Cyber/Cloud markets preferred)
    • A track record of success recruiting in challenging labor markets including technical professionals
    • A deep understanding of how to run a high quality, full cycle and/or custom recruiting process, and the ability to lead a recruitment team
    • An innate desire to win and hire the best talent—achieving hiring goals in a competitive market
    • A proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced, growth and ever-changing environment
    • Solutions-oriented with the ability to think outside of the box to enhance T-Rex employer branding initiatives
    • An analytical mindset. The ability to pull insights from the metrics, and present findings and plans for improvement to senior leadership.
    • Excellent communication skills
