    Helios HR is conducting a search for a Recruiting Consultant to join our growing and dynamic team. In this role, you will be bringing your recruiting expertise, specifically in the arena of Information Technology, to our current and future clients on both long-term engagements as well as short term projects. These projects will involve assisting our clients onsite and/or remote based across all tactical, operational, and strategic facets of technical recruiting.

    This position is responsible for:

    • Building and maintaining great relationships with multiple clients
    • Providing top notch customer service to our clients
    • Attend prospect meetings and articulate a recruitment strategy to potential clients
    • Writing job descriptions for open positions as needed
    • Creatively search qualified candidates through various resources
    • Requirements gathering on new positions
    • Candidate assessment screening and interviewing
    • Reference and background checking
    • Negotiating offers



    • Must have technical recruiting experience that includes application and software development, network management, cyber and information security, engineering and administration
    • Strong network in technical communities
    • Knowledge of new technology and industry movement
    • Experience working in a government contracting environment
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience third party or consulting preferred
    • BS/BA Degree
    • Strong computer skills including MS Office suite navigation of the job boards and social media and internet searching skills are required
    • Ability to perform work accurately with limited direction and exercising good judgment
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Knowledge of employment law related to interviewing and hiring
    • Ability to attend networking events as needed
    • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills
