    Helios HR has partnered with our client, the world’s first cyber exposure company, a company that has defined a completely new domain, given customers critical visibility of cyber risk, and empowered them to measure one of the biggest existential threats of our time, in their search for a Vice President of Total Rewards.  

    Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President of Total Rewards will be a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and will oversee elements of corporate-wide global compensation and benefits. The position will be directly responsible for developing, implementing and leading Total Rewards strategies for the company.


    • Oversee and manage the design, development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs to support the attraction, retention and motivation of employees, develop and continuously improve incentive and bonus plan designs that best fit with the organizational culture, priorities and business model
    • Partner with Executive Leadership to ensure that all programs support the organization’s strategic objectives and are competitive, cost effective and in compliance with legal requirements
    • Lead and shape the vision for Total Rewards, working in partnership with other members of the HR leadership team and other business executives
    • Ensure total rewards philosophy is aligned with the Company’s Mission, Core Values and Business Strategies
    • Partner with CEO, CFO, and CPO regarding executive compensation and management incentive plans
    • Partnering with Finance, provide leadership and oversight to effectively administer Equity program
    • Assist with the effectively management of the department budget
    • Partnering with Finance, help lead the annual compensation processes across the company
    • Assist/Lead market compensation reviews for individual positions, groups of positions and/or entire departments
    • Assist with preparation of Compensation Committee and other Board of Director material
    • Participate on the Company’s 401k and Pension Plan Committees
    • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to including filings like the 5500 filings
    • Other duties as assigned


    • 15+ years progressive experience in HR/Compensation/Benefits/HRIS
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
    • Master’s Degree preferred
    • HR/Benefits/Compensation certifications preferred
    • Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of compensation and benefit plans, techniques and theories including base salary, merit programs, short-term incentives, equity programs, health and wellness plans, retirement plans and recognition programs.
    • Expertise in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Strong business acumen and project management skills.
    • Experience with executive/management/sales incentive plans.
    • Disciplined leader managing with facts, data and clear metrics.
    • Proven track record of building cross-functional coalitions to advance our goals and produce results.
    • Engaging leader who proactively develops people and teams and inspires top performance.
    • Experience with Compensation Committees preferred
    • Ability to effectively balance both strategic and operational plans on a daily basis
    • Experience in the Technology industry preferred
