We are looking for an experienced sales, marketing and customer service candidate with a proven ability to close the sale. The qualified individual will be responsible to meet individual and team/company goals, and is capable of balancing customer, marketing and administrative responsibilities.
Position requires strong customer relationship building skills, sales and closing skills. Applicants must have at least two years of customer service/sales background for Leasing Consultant position or three years of property management experience and proven ability to convert leads into leases for Senior Leasing Consultant Position.
Background and drug testing are part of the interview process. A typical work schedule is 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday with one flex evening extended hours.
