This organization provides support to the Department of Defense and other customers focused on national security. They are dedicated to customer satisfaction and deeply committed to employees.
Reporting to the CEO, the VP of HR will plan, execute and evaluate human capital programs in support of business objectives. This will include developing, implementing and managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, performance management, HR systems and analytics, employee relations, succession planning, compliance, and learning & development initiatives.
This strategic HR leader will coach and develop leadership, share market trends and forecasts, and serve as a thought leader as they partner with leadership in the execution of growth strategies.
